Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use

• using media, brands, accounts, facts, or voices without sufficient rights and authority;
• impersonating a person, misrepresenting synthetic media as a real statement, or bypassing identity, consent, disclosure, or platform controls;
• creating fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, or illegal content;
• fabricating listings, prices, amenities, availability, licences, testimonials, measurements, or performance claims;
• violating housing, advertising, equality, privacy, or required disclosure rules;
• including unnecessary or unauthorised personal or sensitive data;
• distributing malware, probing other tenants, scraping credentials, evading quotas, or interfering with security and monitoring;
• sending spam or publishing without recipient, platform, unsubscribe, and suppression permissions required by law;
• using voice cloning for authentication, financial instructions, political persuasion, emergency messages, or other high-risk decisions.

Enforcement

Ozelaro may stop or quarantine a job when authority or safety evidence is incomplete and may suspend serious or repeated violations. Before paid launch, the final policy will add reviewed notice, appeal, evidence-preservation, repeat-abuse, and lawful-disclosure procedures.
