Privacy Policy
What Ozelaro expects to process, why it is needed, and the safeguards planned for launch.Ozelaro is in public pre-launch. This preview does not accept paid orders or subscriptions. The final reviewed version will be published before checkout is enabled, and mandatory statutory rights will always take priority.
Preview data
During this public preview, Ozelaro may receive information you deliberately send to hi@ozelaro.tech or enter into Ozelaro Guide, together with ordinary security and request logs needed to operate the site. Do not send production footage, voice samples, credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal data through the preview.
Data expected for the finished service
Ozelaro will not store full card details; payment processing is intended to remain with the payment provider. Secrets and OAuth tokens must not enter analytics or ordinary logs.
- account, business profile, contact, authentication, and payment-reference data;
- uploaded footage, images, listing text or URLs, brand assets, and approved facts;
- voice samples, voice-profile identifiers, consent evidence, and generated audio;
- connected-platform identifiers and encrypted OAuth credentials;
- job state, QA proofs, media hashes, quota and refund ledgers, and security logs;
- support messages and disclosed product analytics.
Purposes and data minimisation
Data will be limited to what is needed to provide and secure the service, create and deliver requested content, manage billing and quota, operate authorised publishing, provide support, meet legal duties, and improve the product through a separately disclosed method.
Customer content and voice data will not be used to train a general-purpose model or for unrelated marketing without separate valid permission.
Voice data and service providers
Voice recordings and models can be sensitive. Production use will require explicit, informed, speaker-specific consent, purpose limitation, access controls, recorded consent evidence, and withdrawal and deletion workflows.
Before paid launch, this policy will identify or link the relevant categories of processors for hosting, storage, payments, email, voice generation, AI, analytics, and connected platforms, together with required international-transfer information.
Retention, rights, and security
The final policy will publish reviewed retention periods for source media, final videos, voice materials, OAuth credentials, invoices, consent evidence, logs, support records, and backups. Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent-withdrawal, and complaint routes will be provided.
Planned safeguards include tenant isolation, least privilege, encryption where supported, encrypted provider credentials, signed webhooks, audited access, rate limiting, idempotent jobs, verified deletion, incident response, and vendor review. No online service can promise absolute security.

Ozelaro is a business service and is not intended for children. Preview privacy and deletion questions can be sent to hi@ozelaro.tech. The formal privacy role, lawful bases, retention schedule, processor details, transfer safeguards, and country notices will be completed before production customer data is accepted.
